We will share accessible and friendly meditations, guiding you through each aspect of our offerings and your experience.
Finishing Meditation Space with a dreamy Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is also know as Yogic Sleep. It is a guided exploration of self awareness within deep relaxation. It is such a special practice and we are here to walk you through it.
This practice is floor based using seated postures in the comfort of your own space
We welcome beginners, those returning to meditation and students with a committed practice.
We teach with the intention to support you to explore your own path and individuality and to share the many benefits of Meditation together.
